If you have any extra tips on how to keep your hair healthy, don’t forget to leave them in the comments section.
6 rules to follow for healthy hair
1. Brush before washing your hair
A person loses an average of 100 hairs a day. This happens especially when we wash our heads, and the fallen hairs do nothing but clog the drain from the shower/bathtub. That’s not all. If you don’t brush your hair before bathing, then it may become very tangled when you want to dry it, which will break even more strands. So, the first tip is to comb your hair before the shower.
2. Use silk fabric pillows
Silk is the best for both our skin and hair. If you use cotton, it absorbs all the essential oils of a healthy scalp, but silk does the exact opposite. So invest in silk bed linen.
3. Use a comb with sparse teeth in the shower
When applying the conditioner, you should use a comb with sparse teeth. Use this method to stop the hair from tangling and to help the product disperse very well on the length of the hair.
4. Massage your scalp
At every shower, you have to massage your whole scalp well. Why? It will facilitate your blood circulation in that area, strengthen the roots, relieve you of stress, and even make your hair grow faster.

5. Apply conditioner and masks only on the length of your hair and on the ends
If you don’t want to turn your hair into an oily and greasy one, then it would be good to apply the amount of conditioner or nourishing mask only on half of the hair, insisting on the ends. This is the only place where your hair needs such intensive treatment.
6. Squeeze your hair without using a towel
Instead of the usual towel in which we all tend to store the extra amount of water from freshly washed hair, it is preferable to squeeze it with your free hand and then dab it with paper towels. Thus, we will avoid breaking and electrifying the hair.
